The hotel was very clean and smells so fresh. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We did not hear street noise from the room and were able to sleep like we were at home. Big plus for us when traveling! We had no trouble parking and felt it was a very safe area. This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. We will stay here again if in the area.

The staff was very friendly we were able to upgrade our room with no problem to a suite the room was very clean very large bathroom. Only issue we had was the ice machine was not working on our floor and the washing machine credit card feature was not working. We were able to use quarters instead

My husband and I travel to Baton Rouge every summer for his work. This year we stayed at this Holiday Inn, and we will definitely be staying there again next year. It has a great hvac system which you know is hard to come by in any hotel. It was quiet and kept our room cool without our having to adjust it constantly. The room we had was a great size for the price and it was extremely clean. In fact, all of the hotel seemed clean. The staff - everyone - front desk, housekeeping, waitresses were extremely pleasant and accommodating. In a world where there are lots of negatives, do yourself a positive and stay here.

Super clean and SAFE (!!!) area to be in. Room was great for the price and customer service was top notch. My gf forgot her phone and they called us super quickly. We had just got in our pickup. We checked in around 9:30 pm and there was literally a police officer sitting in the parking lot for the safety of customers. Not a sketchy area either so I wouldn't have felt bad without it. I've stayed in much worse. Well lit parking lot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Can't beat the location, service, and quality of the room for the price. Great value.

We stayed 11/8 for just one night. We ended up getting there after dark with the intent to check out Baton Rouge for a bit. That didn't work out, but the hotel did. We went and got a bite to eat and came back for drinks. Staff were super pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay at. For the price, it is an excellent place and location as far as getting on and off the freeway.

The service was unmatched. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and very professional. We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working, and the room that we changed to wasn’t that much cooler, so we just bought a fan. So if you like your room cold, you may want to bring a fan. Also the hotel needs deep cleaning, on our floor there was smell, almost like the carpets needed to be cleaned. It smelled like there were pets on the entire floor and the smell wasn’t pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located around restaurants and it’s well lit at night. There was one washer and dryer on the 3rd floor and it costs $2 per machine in quarters.
